Julien Simon (Cofidis) remporte pour la seconde fois le Tour du Finistère : il avait levé les bras à Quimper en 2012 pour la première fois, il récidive sur les hauteurs de Kerfenteun. Le Lamballais devance l'Italien Andrea Vendrame (Androni Giocattoli - Sidermec) et le Belge Baptiste Planckaert (Wallonie-Bruxelles). Simon sort dans la dernière bosse après que les rescapés du peloton aient repris Gougeard et Hivert.
